Request a Retreat

Please complete the form below for each individual retreatant and submit it at least two weeks in advance of your requested retreat dates. Once your form is submitted, it will be reviewed by office staff, and reservations will be booked by your specified first, second, or third choice dates according to Retreat availability. For those not currently enrolled in the SRF Lessons, a representative will be in touch shortly.

    The retreat and property have many stairs. Do have any challenges going up and down stairs?

    Each retreatant must submit an individual request form with individual contact information. All guest rooms are single occupancy. Please let us know the other person’s name and your relationship and we will look for their separate request:

    Requested Retreat Dates

    Personal Retreats are offered Thursday–Sunday. Check-in is on Thursday or Friday 2 PM – 4 PM and check-out is on Sunday by 1 PM. Two night minimum. Reservations may be made up to six months in advance.

    Conducted Weekend Retreats, longer stays, and late arrivals are not possible at this time.

    SRF Convocation Retreat Reservations: Confirmations for reservations for the week before and after Convocation start February 1st and priority will be given to first time retreatants from overseas.

    The Retreat will be closed the week of Convocation, Christmas, and occasionally for Retreat maintenance.
